Our new building will have Dhamma teaching & Meditation hall, a Buddhist reference library , rooms for visiting monks and Ajahn, management office, kitchen, etc. The fully equipped facility is estimated to cost around RM400,000.00 . 2016 Kelantan Dhamma Camp

The 2016 Kelantan Dhamma Camp is here!

We joyfully invite you to join this 4D/3N camp that will be held on 2-5 June at Wat Pracacinaram, Kg. Kulim, Wakaf Bharu. 

Among the highlights are Dhamma sharing and fun-filled activities that focus on establishing right understanding about being a Buddhist and having faith in the Buddha-Dhamma.

Our activities and programs include the following:

1. Group meditation at the center
2. Group Dhamma sharing and discussion
3. Dhamma talk by Sangha and distinguished Buddhist speakers
4. Puja, chanting and offering of alms to monks

6. Fund raising for the unfortunates, dissabled and those in need
7. Fund raising for Kota Bharu Mettarama building and renovations
8. In collaboration with Nalanda Dhamma School, 
    Persatuan Peranakan Cina Kelantan and Dhammarakkhita Kelantan in organizing Dhamma youth camp "Cermin Hati"
9. Buddhist studies and education, and
10. Other monthly services.

Introduction

The Center was founded by a group of outstation teachers who felt a need for a Meditation center as well as providing spiritual guidance and Dhamma to countless devoted Buddhists at a  small little town of Kota Bharu, Kelantan  about 30 years ago. Later on 17th August 2004, it was officially registered as Persatuam Meditasi Mettarama Kota Bharu.
